Property Intelligence helps Australian buyers structure due diligence, compare risks, and keep reports saved to their account.
1. Sign in
Create an account or sign in so your property reports, language preference, and subscription are saved securely.
2. Analyse a property
Open Analyse, enter an Australian property address, choose your report language, and generate a report.
3. Read the report
Review school, transport, safety, amenities, environment, investment, strengths, risks, and AI summary sections.
4. Use it safely
Treat the report as buyer due-diligence support, not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Verify live sales, zoning, strata, inspections, and lending assumptions.
5. Upgrade if needed
Use Pricing to choose a plan when you need more reports. Your account page keeps plan access and receipts in one place.
Important limitations
Reports may use AI-generated reasoning and available context. Data can be incomplete or stale. Always verify with official sources, contract documents, inspections, local council records, and qualified professionals.
